Handbook Generator is a business software product that helps users create, store, edit, and download employee handbook drafts and related materials. The service uses software automation and AI-assisted generation to produce draft handbook content based on the information you provide.
This service is intended for businesses, business owners, operators, managers, and other adults acting on behalf of a business or organization. By using the service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
Handbook Generator uses passwordless magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account tied to your access. If someone gains access to your email account, they may be able to access your Handbook Generator account.
You may enter business and handbook-related information into the service, including company details, policies, edits, and related materials. You are responsible for making sure that information is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your use.
You retain responsibility for your business content. We may host, store, process, reformat, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Certain features require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, not by us directly. If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time through the billing portal or by following the applicable account workflow. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not undo charges already processed.
All sales are final. Handbook Generator is a digital product, and we do not offer refunds. If you have an account or billing problem, contact help@handbookgenerator.com.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own internal business purposes.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handbook Generator and its owners, affiliates, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, employment claim, regulatory issue, or legal dispute arising out of or related to your use of the service or generated content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Handbook Generator, Rize Market LLC, and related parties from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your use of generated materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
