Absolutely. After generation, you can edit any individual section directly in your browser before downloading. Once you download, you receive a Word (.docx) file you can further edit in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, plus a PDF for distribution.
After generating your handbook, you'll see a preview. Click "Download" to choose PDF or Word format. A one-time payment of $97 is required to unlock the download. Once paid, you own the document — no recurring fees for Standard plan.
The Pro plan starts with the same $97 one-time fee, plus $19/month ongoing. The $19/month gives you unlimited handbooks, automatic compliance alerts when employment laws change in your state, priority regeneration, branded PDF covers, and multi-state support. The $97 is not waived for Pro — everyone pays $97 to start.
